When you ordered your Web Package, you will have been asked to select a username and password. When the webspace was setup the username and password will have been confirmed to you via e-mail or fax. You should keep this password secret; anyone who knows your username and password can log into the server and modify your files. If you can't login, or if your password has become compromised, please contact us during support hours as soon as possible.

Web space is rented on the basis that you maintain your own Web site, and it is important that you take time to understand the procedures for uploading, copying and maintaining your pages. It is useful to take the time to learn how the site works.

If you are interested in more advanced features you should also learn some PERL and the handling of CGI scripts. There are tutorials available on-line which can help to get you started with this.
